「宇宙への窓口」は、ロケット射場だけではありません。データの「出口」である地上局の確保も死活問題です。南太平洋にハブができることで、衛星が地上局可視範囲に入ったタイミングでデータをまとめてダウンリンクしやすくなり、運用の即時性向上につながります。
