これまではコンポーネント（部品）サプライヤーとしてのイメージが強かったMoogですが、METEORの登場により「衛星システム全体のプロバイダー」へと完全に脱皮しました。名だたるプライムメーカー（Lockheed MartinやNorthrop Grumman等）が支配してきた市場に、部品レベルから垂直統合できるMoogが参入した意義は非常に大きいです。
