「アポロ以来、宇宙での機動力は停滞していた」という問題意識は非常に本質的です。衛星が投入後も機動的に再配置できるようになれば、防衛分野だけでなく、商業宇宙インフラ全体の設計思想も大きく変わる可能性があります。
